Crafting Your Story - Video Production Process

Pre-Production

  • Script is prepared – a good video story has goals & objectives.
  • Locations & Dates/Times for filming selected and finalized – Is it simple or complex? What would it cost?

Production

  • Actual shooting and acquisition of all video footage – where & how your video story unfolds may include shooting on location and/or in a television studio, voiceover and on-camera talent.

Post-Production

  • Video footage is edited – may include music from library or custom composed music
  • Animation and text is created as necessary.
  • Client reviews the project, recommends any changes, and supplies any links or instructions for completing the project - Client signs off on project.
  • Project is built into desired format - How do you want your video story told… TV broadcast, DVD, Web?
  • Copies of project duplicated or replicated in requested quantity and delivered to client.
